1、 How do we collect and use your information

Offline storage of app content and online services

Our apps process and store your app content offline. Content you create, import, or edit, your app records, and related settings are stored locally on your device. We do not automatically upload this data to our servers or use it for advertising.

The descriptions below of collection, logs, analytics, sharing, retention, and responses to data requests apply only to online services and data processing that actually occur, and exclude app content stored only on your device. If you actively choose to send a feedback attachment, set an online account picture, or share a file, only the copies you select are provided to the relevant recipient. This does not mean that we synchronise or back up your other local content.

Advertising is an online service: where permitted by applicable law and with any required consent, advertising SDKs integrated into the app may access and process advertising identifiers (advertising IDs, such as the Android advertising ID, IDFA, or OAID) to display ads, measure their effectiveness, and prevent fraud. Advertising IDs are separate from the offline app content described above. Advertising SDKs may also process device information, IP addresses, ad interaction information, and other data disclosed in this Policy. Offline storage of app content therefore does not mean that third-party SDKs process only advertising IDs.

The online data we store ourselves mainly consists of feedback and analytics events, together with account data needed to provide accounts in apps that support login. In-app customer support is provided through feedback and is available only in apps that support login. We currently do not store payment data or log data. Third-party advertising, analytics, payment, or crash diagnostic SDKs may still process data needed for their services as disclosed below; our storage scope is separate from their processing scope.

You understand and agree that:

1. We are committed to creating a diverse range of products and services to meet your needs. Due to the wide variety of products and services we provide to you, and the specific range of products/services that different users choose to use, there may be differences in various functions and the types and scope of personal information collected and used. Please refer to the specific product/service functions;

2. To provide you with a better product and service experience, we are continuously striving to improve our technology. As a result, we may occasionally introduce new or optimized features, which may require the collection and use of new personal information or changes in the purpose or method of personal information usage. We will explain to you separately the purpose, scope, and usage of the corresponding information through updating this policy, pop ups, page prompts, and other means. We will also provide you with the option to choose and agree, and collect and use it with your explicit consent. During this process, if you have any questions, opinions or suggestions, you can contact us through the various contact methods provided in Section 10 "How to contact us", and we will provide you with answers as soon as possible.

(1) Help you become our user

1、Registration Services

Only if the app offers an online account feature and you choose to register do you need to provide the phone number or email address and password or verification code required for that feature. Offline features that do not require an account do not require you to provide online account information.

2、Third party authorized login

SDK used for third-party authorized login:com.tencent.open(Tencent Open Platform),com.tencent.tauth(Tencent Open Platform),com.sina.weibo(Sina Weibo Open Platform),com.alipay(Alipay open platform),Tiktok open platform

3、Additional services

You can choose to further improve the account information of this product and bind itMobile phone number or email, you can also provide us with your profile picture, nickname, genderTo obtain more personalized additional services. We need to obtain your camera/album permissions to provide you with the service of setting up your avatar, and this permission is only invoked when you set up your avatar. You can refuse the application for the aforementioned permissions. If you refuse, you will not be able to access the relevant services, but it does not affect your use of other services.

4. Account data and device information

Apps that support login store the information needed to provide online accounts. You may request deletion of account data using the email address in this Policy. Registering or logging in does not automatically upload offline app content. Section 2 describes third-party SDK processing of device information, identifiers, and diagnostics; this does not mean we ourselves collect and store all such device information.

We currently do not store service logs. Analytics events help us understand feature usage and are separate from storing user files, input content, or full activity logs. We do not include your app content in logs, crash reports, profiles, or model training data.

Device identifiers, advertising IDs, and IP addresses may still be personal data. Removing names or other direct identifiers does not automatically make data anonymous. Data that can still be linked to an individual remains protected by applicable data protection law.

(2)Application Management

(3) Feedback, support, and analytics events

In-app feedback and support are available only in apps that support login. User information is removed from feedback before it is sent. We store feedback with personally identifiable information removed to investigate issues and improve the service, without retaining a link to an account or device. Local app content is not automatically attached to feedback. Please do not submit unnecessary personal information in feedback.

Analytics events help us understand feature usage, investigate problems, and improve the app. They do not contain user files, input content, or other app content. User information is removed from feedback and analytics events before transmission. The transmitted data content does not include account IDs, advertising IDs, device IDs, IP addresses, or other identifiers that can link it back to an individual, and we do not keep identity mappings. Network communication still requires IP addresses for the connection; this does not mean that an IP address is included in feedback or analytics content. We do not store such logs. These statements concern our own feedback and analytics, not identifier or IP address processing by third-party SDKs.

(4) Payments and third-party services

Payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment platform; we currently do not store payment data. Third-party advertising, analytics, or crash diagnostic SDKs may themselves process device identifiers, IP addresses, usage events, or diagnostics as described in Section 2 and their privacy policies. This does not include using local app content in logs, crash reports, profiles, or model training.

(5)Other

1、If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, you need to ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing us with this personal information.

2、If we use the information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or collect information for specific purposes for other purposes, or if we proactively obtain your personal information from a third party, we will obtain your consent in advance.

If we indirectly obtain your information from a third party, we will explicitly request in writing that the third party collect personal information after obtaining your consent in accordance with the law before collection, and inform you of the content of the shared information. If sensitive information is involved, it must be confirmed by you before being provided to us for use. We will require the third party to make a commitment to the legality and compliance of the source of personal information. If the third party violates the law, We will clearly require the other party to assume corresponding legal responsibilities; At the same time, our professional security team will strengthen the security of personal information (including sensitive information reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive information, access control, etc.). We will use no less than the same protection measures and measures as we do for our own user personal information to protect indirectly obtained personal information.

3. Legal grounds and data protection

We process personal data only where there is a legal basis recognised by applicable law. We request consent separately where required; processing without consent must meet the relevant legal conditions. Public availability or de-identification does not automatically remove data protection obligations. Users in the EEA and the UK should also refer to Section 11.

We do not use user files, input content, or other local app data in logs, crash reports, profiles, machine learning, or model training. Any new purpose for processing online data still requires an applicable legal basis and the necessary information to be provided to you.

4、If we cease to operate our products or services, we will promptly cease the collection of your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operation in the form of individual deliveries or announcements, and delete or anonymize the personal information related to the closed business that we hold.

2、Cookies, similar technologies, and third-party SDKs

(1) Web pages and online features

This Privacy Policy page does not load third-party visitor analytics scripts. Visiting a web page still sends network requests to the server providing the page, which is separate from processing app content locally on your device.

Online login, payment, advertising, or other services actually offered in an app may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember privacy choices, or provide the relevant service. The descriptions apply only when the relevant service is actually used. Non-essential tracking that requires consent must take place only after that consent is obtained. You can manage these technologies through the privacy options provided by the relevant service and your browser settings.

(2) Local permissions and third-party services

Permission to access local files, the camera, or the clipboard is used for the feature you select; it is not authorisation to upload all your app content. When actively sending feedback or sharing a file, consider any personal information in the content you select.

The SDK disclosures below apply only to SDKs actually integrated into the relevant app version, distribution channel, and platform. They do not mean that every app uses all listed SDKs. SDK processing of identifiers, device information, usage events, or crash diagnostics is separate from offline app content; it does not authorise uploading local files or input content.

Authorized partners can only access the information they need to perform their duties and may not use this information for any other purpose.

Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:

(1) Content, advertising, app update, and analytics providers process the online data described in this Policy only when the relevant service is actually enabled. Advertising and analytics services may use advertising identifiers, device information, and usage events for ad measurement, preference analysis, or recommendations. This excludes files, input content, and app records stored only on your device. De-identified data that can still be linked to an individual remains protected by applicable law. A third party may act as a processor or an independent controller, depending on the actual service arrangements and its privacy policy.

(2) Infrastructure and related service providers process relevant data only as needed for actual online services. For example, account and feedback services may use server infrastructure, while advertising, analytics, and payment platforms process relevant data as disclosed in Section 2. This does not mean that we provide local app content to service providers.

(3)In order for you to receive information push notifications and share information on third-party platforms, our application will embed authorized partner SDKs or other similar applications. Click on the third-party SDK to collect usage information instructions for more details.

We will conduct strict security checks on the application program interfaces (APIs) and software tool development kits (SDKs) used by authorized partners to obtain relevant information, and agree with authorized partners on strict data protection measures to ensure that they process personal information in accordance with our entrusted purposes, service instructions, this privacy policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

(1)Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties;

(2)In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation involving the service provider of this product, or any other merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation involving the transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. Otherwise, we will require the company, organization, and individual to seek your authorization and consent again.

(3)Public disclosure

We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

(1)We may publicly disclose your personal information with your explicit consent or based on your voluntary choice;

(2)If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated the relevant agreement rules of this product, or to protect the personal and property safety of users or the public of this product and its affiliated companies from infringement, we may disclose personal information about you, including relevant violations and the measures taken by this product against you, with your consent in accordance with laws and regulations or the relevant agreement rules of this product.

(4)Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent before sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing personal information

We share, transfer, or disclose online personal data that we actually hold without consent only where applicable law permits it and its conditions are met. Public availability or de-identification does not automatically remove protection. This section does not apply to local app content that we do not hold. EEA and UK users should also refer to Section 11.

(5)Collect and use personal information, use of permissions

(1) Analytics, statistics, or personalised recommendations use only data processed under this Policy by the relevant online features and SDKs. App content stored only on your device is not uploaded for these purposes.

(2)We will not abuse the permissions you have granted to the app. High risk permissions are used for the following purposes:

1、Read and write file permission (read images): used for uploading images during feedback and setting avatars;

4、How do we protect the security of your personal information

(2)We have an industry-leading data security management system centered around the data lifecycle, which enhances the security of the entire system from multiple dimensions such as organizational construction, system design, personnel management, and product technology.

(3) Scope of retention and deletion

You store and delete local app content on your device and manage any copies you export or back up at their respective locations. We have no server copies of that content.

Account data: only apps that support login store the data needed for account services. You may request deletion at chongtaonet@qq.com. We handle requests under applicable law after any necessary identity verification. If specific information must be retained under a particular legal obligation, we will explain the basis and applicable period.

Feedback and analytics: user information is removed before transmission, and no identifiers linking the data to individuals or identity mappings are retained. We keep the resulting feedback content and statistics, with personally identifiable information removed, on a long-term basis for issue analysis and product improvement, without a fixed number of retention days. Because no identity links are kept, we cannot locate an individual’s historical feedback or analytics events by account or device. If you believe particular content still contains your personal information, you can provide necessary details for us to investigate and address it.

Payments and logs: we currently do not store payment data or log data. Third-party advertising, payment, analytics, or diagnostic services may retain relevant data under their own policies; see the privacy policies in Section 2 for their retention and deletion arrangements. Requesting account deletion from us does not automatically delete data independently held by third parties.

When you submit a request to our privacy contact email, we process the sender address, message, and necessary verification information that you actively provide to respond to and handle the request. This is separate from automatically uploading app content.

Please note that the information you voluntarily share or even publicly share when using our services may involve personal information or even sensitive personal information of you or others. Please be more cautious when considering whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services.

Please use complex passwords to assist us in ensuring the security of your account. We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send us. If our physical, technical, or management protective facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, which damages your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

(5)We will periodically update and publicly disclose security risk, personal information security impact assessment reports, and other related content, which you can obtain through our announcement method.

(6)In the event of an unfortunate personal information security incident, we will inform you in accordance with legal requirements of the basic situation and possible impacts of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will inform you of the relevant situation of the event through email, letter, phone, push notifications, and other means. If it is difficult to inform the personal information subject one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to publish an announcement.

At the same time, we will also report the handling of personal information security incidents in accordance with regulatory requirements.

5、How do you manage your personal information

You can delete app content stored only on your device using the deletion features provided by the app or your operating system's app data management features, where available. Any copies you export or back up must be deleted separately from their respective storage locations. Because we do not hold server copies of this local app content, we cannot remotely access, export, or delete it on your behalf. You can contact the privacy email address in this Policy for guidance.

You can access and manage your personal information through the following methods:

(1)Access your personal information

(1)You have the right to access your personal information, except in exceptional circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations. You can access your personal information through the following methods:

Account Information - If you wish to access or edit personal profile information in your account, you can do so by logging into your account.

Clear local data — use the clearing or deletion features actually provided by the app, or your operating system app data management features, where available. You do not need to register an online account to delete local app content. Request deletion of online account information through the relevant account controls or the email address in this Policy.

(3) You may request access to other online personal data that we actually hold as described in this section. We cannot remotely provide app content stored only on your device, but can offer guidance on managing it locally.

(2)Correcting or supplementing your personal information

When you discover errors in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to request us to make corrections or supplements. You can apply for correction or supplementation through the methods listed in "(1) Accessing Your Personal Information".

(3)Delete your personal information

(1)You can delete some of your personal information through the methods listed in "(1) Access Your Personal Information".

(2)In the following situations, you can request us to delete personal information:

1、If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;

2、If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;

3、If our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;

4、If you no longer use our products or services, or if you voluntarily cancel your account;

5、If we permanently cease to provide you with products or services.

(3)If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the parties who have obtained your personal information from us as much as possible and require them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or if these parties have obtained your independent authorization.

(4) Deletion requests concern personal data that we actually hold and can link to you. You delete content stored only on your device locally. For feedback and analytics stripped of personal identifiers before transmission and retained without identity links, we cannot identify corresponding records by account or device. This does not limit your ability to ask us to address any personal information that may still be present in particular content.

(4)Change the scope of your authorized consent

For online processing based on consent, you can withdraw consent through the relevant service privacy options or contact us using the email address in this Policy. You can also manage permissions in your operating system. Disabling a device permission does not necessarily withdraw consent already given to a third-party service. You continue to manage offline app content locally.

After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. But your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.

(5)Personal information subject cancels account

(2)After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, or anonymize it.

(6)Constrained Information System Automatic Decision Making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on users. Third-party advertising services may provide ordinary ad recommendations using advertising identifiers, device information, or ad interactions; this does not involve profiling based on your local app content. If we introduce significant automated decisions in the future, we will explain the circumstances, logic, effects, legal basis, and safeguards before processing begins and protect applicable rights to human intervention, expression of views, and contesting a decision.

(7)In response to your above request

(1)To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or other means of proving your identity. We may first request you to verify your identity before processing your request.

(2)We will respond within the period required by applicable law; EEA and UK users should refer to Section 11. If you are not satisfied, you can also file a complaint through the customer service contact information specified in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy.

(3) Exercising data protection rights is generally free. Where applicable law permits a reasonable fee or refusal for a manifestly unfounded or excessive request, we are responsible for explaining the reasons and the available complaint or remedy options. We will not refuse solely because processing a request is costly. Identity checks are limited to information necessary to verify the requester.

(4) Where applicable law permits a restriction or refusal of your request, we will explain the specific reasons and the available complaint or remedy options. We will not refuse your legal rights merely because responding is inconvenient or the information is public. Section 11 also applies to requests from EEA and UK users.

(8) Advertising privacy choices and withdrawal of consent

Please manage or withdraw advertising consent using the privacy options actually provided by your app or advertising service. A standalone Privacy Policy web page cannot directly change the consent state of an in-app SDK. If you cannot find the relevant option, or wish to withdraw consent for processing that we control, please contact chongtaonet@qq.com for guidance.

6、How do we handle children's personal information

Children are not allowed to create their own user accounts without the consent of their guardians. If you are a child, we request that you ask your guardian to carefully read this privacy policy and use our services or provide information to us with the consent of your guardian.

For the collection of personal information of children using our products or services with the consent of our guardians, we will only use, share, transfer or disclose this information when permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of our guardians, or necessary to protect children.

7、Storage locations and cross-border processing

Local app content remains on your device and is not automatically uploaded to our servers. Our servers for online services are currently located in mainland China and Hong Kong, China. Online data described above, including accounts, feedback, and analytics events, may be processed and stored in those locations. We currently do not store payment data or log data on our own servers.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, these online services may involve processing personal data outside your region. Third-party SDK processing and storage locations depend on their service arrangements; please refer to their respective privacy policies. Our server locations do not represent all third-party SDK processing locations.

We have not currently adopted Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for the processing on our own servers described above. A small volume of personal data does not in itself remove applicable data protection or international transfer obligations. Whether a data flow constitutes a restricted international transfer under the GDPR or UK data protection law depends on the actual flow, recipients, and roles of the parties. Where applicable, we must put in place a lawful transfer mechanism and necessary safeguards and explain the measures actually adopted.

You may contact our privacy email address to ask about actual recipients, processing locations, and applicable transfer arrangements. Where appropriate safeguards apply, you may request a copy or details of how to consult them. Acceptance of general privacy terms does not replace the legal conditions for an international transfer.

8、Payment of the Subscription

Our app may offer subscription-based premium services, such as ad removal, which are available on a monthly/yearly basis. Specific details about these subscriptions are outlined within the app itself. Upon successful payment for a premium service, you will gain full access to the specified features.

Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the end of the current period unless canceled. You can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal at any time through your Google Play Store account settings / AliPay settings / WxPay settings.

Cancelling a subscription purchased through Google Play, Alipay, or WeChat generally stops future automatic renewals, while access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. Refund eligibility, the refund amount, and access after a refund are governed by the purchase platform rules and applicable law. This Policy does not exclude or limit your statutory rights to a refund, to cancel a transaction, or other consumer rights.

For purchases by minors, parental or guardian consent must be obtained where required by applicable law. The statutory rights of minors, including users in Japan, to cancel transactions are not limited by the subscription terms above. To request cancellation of a transaction or a refund, use the process provided by the purchase platform; you may also contact the email address below for assistance.

For any questions or issues related to subscription payments or refunds, please contact us via chongtaonet@qq.com, and our support team will respond within 3 business days to assist you.

9、How to update this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, updates generally take effect seven days after notification or publication. If processing purposes or legal grounds change, we will provide the necessary information and obtain any required consent before the relevant processing begins. Continued use of the app does not replace consent required by law.

We publish updates on the Privacy Policy page and provide appropriate prominent notice of significant changes. Updates do not restrict your rights under applicable law.

The significant changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:

1、Our service model has undergone significant changes. Such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information being processed, and the way personal information is used;

2、We have undergone significant changes in control and other aspects. Changes in ownership caused by mergers and acquisitions, etc;

3、The main objects of personal information sharing, transfer, or public disclosure have changed;

Legal bases and your choices about providing data

For online processing subject to the GDPR or UK data protection law, we determine the legal basis for each purpose:

Offline features do not require you to provide local app content for advertising or analytics. Refusing information necessary to perform a particular online service may prevent you from using that service. This does not mean that all offline features require registration, payment, or consent to personalised advertising. Processing special categories of personal data also requires any additional conditions imposed by applicable law.

Your data protection rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and exercise data portability rights. Portability applies to data you provide that is processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract. You may object at any time to direct marketing, including profiling related to direct marketing.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. For content stored only on your device, we can provide guidance on local access, export, or deletion, but cannot supply server copies that we do not hold. Please use the email address above for requests concerning online data that we actually hold.

We respond to rights requests subject to the GDPR without undue delay, normally no later than one month after receipt. Where legally permitted because of complexity or the number of requests, we may extend this by up to two further months and will explain the extension and its reasons within the first month. UK requests are handled within the applicable UK legal time limits. If we take no action, we will explain why and inform you of your rights to complain to a supervisory authority and seek a judicial remedy.

EEA users may complain to the supervisory authority in their habitual place of residence, place of work, or the place of an alleged infringement. Contact details are available in the EDPB directory. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Exceptions, disclaimers, fees, or remedy provisions elsewhere in this Policy do not limit your mandatory rights under the applicable GDPR or UK data protection laws.
